RealtyBrief is a product owned and operated by Nabh Inc. ("Nabh Inc.", "we", or "us").

By accessing or using RealtyBrief products, websites, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to the Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2. Services Overview

RealtyBrief provides AI-powered tools for real estate buyers, sellers, and professionals, including document analysis, virtual staging, market research, and marketing deliverables. We may update or discontinue features at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must create an account and provide accurate information to use certain Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Usage Rights and Restrictions

You may use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any Service components.
• Use the Services to infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• Upload malicious code, engage in unauthorized access, or disrupt system integrity.
• Use generated outputs in any manner that violates fair housing, lending, or advertising laws.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. You authorize Nabh Inc. (d/b/a RealtyBrief) and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. You may cancel your plan before the next billing cycle from within your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

Nabh Inc., doing business as RealtyBrief, and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant RealtyBrief a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Services.

7. Confidentiality and Data Privacy

We handle personal and property information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with any confidentiality obligations you owe to third parties.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, expressed or implied. RealtyBrief does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated reports, insights, or recommendations. You are solely responsible for verifying any outputs before relying on them for real estate decisions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealtyBrief and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nabh Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

11. Termination

RealtyBrief may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for other conduct that we deem harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Services or by email. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Alameda County, California.
